2024年3月25日，RLH橡胶大讲堂正式成立。
2024年4月27日，在安徽滁州举办“第二届RLH橡胶大讲堂企业培训会”，20人参会，参会者为企业内部员工。
2024年5月20日，在安徽滁州举办“第三届橡胶骨架材料应用及联谊会”，25人参会，大家就此次会议主题展开讨论。
2024年6月20日，在安徽滁州举办“第四届RLH橡胶大讲堂——精益生产之实战案例交流会”，30人参会，大家就此次会议主题展开讨论。
2024年7月16日，在安徽滁州举办“第五届RLH橡胶大讲堂——橡胶产品实现自动化运用”，30人参会，大家就此次会议主题展开讨论。
2024年9月24日，在江苏无锡举办“第六届RLH橡胶大讲堂——开展节能减排、降本增效”，30人参会，大家就此次会议主题展开讨论。
